“Storms make trees take deeper roots” -Dolly Parton
Like trees with taproots reaching deep into the earth for strength and nourishment, we too need grounding to weather life’s storms. Healing doesn't always mean doing more, it often means going deeper.
I’m Ashley Dickey, a trauma-informed therapist (currently working on certification), specializing in ADHD, Autism Level 1, trauma, addiction, and relationship difficulties. My goal is to create a calm, grounding space, where you can reconnect with yourself, find clarity, and move forward, without having to relive everything that’s brought you here.
Find your path forward.
Welcome! I’m really glad you’re here. Therapy is a journey, and while it can feel challenging at times, it’s one of the most courageous steps you can take. My goal is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your authentic self, unlearn harmful narratives, and move toward a life that feels aligned and free.
Healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence. This photo is a reminder to live fully in the moment. Our minds often get stuck in the past or fixated on the future, making it hard to be truly here. In our work together, we’ll gently create space for healing, self-compassion, and growth—moment by moment.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, neurodivergence, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don’t have to go through it alone. There’s a path forward—and I’d be honored to help help you find it.
